Our guarantees are issued in association with our trusted manufacturing and raw material suppliers.

uPVC Windows & Doors Guarantee
10 Year Product Guarantee
Our uPVC windows and doors are covered by a 10 year guarantee against issues relating to:
- Colour stability
- Shape retention
- Impact strength retention
- Resistance to common construction materials such as cement mortars
This guarantee reflects the long-term durability and structural integrity of our uPVC profile systems.
5 Year Glass Guarantee
All sealed glass units are guaranteed against defective workmanship and manufacturing defects for a period of 5 years from the date of delivery.
2 Year Hardware Guarantee
Locks, handles, hinges, and all moving hardware components are guaranteed against defective workmanship and manufacturing defects for 2 years from the date of delivery.
Aluminium Bifold Door Guarantee
Our aluminium bifold doors are built for strength, security, and everyday performance.
10 Year Product Guarantee
The aluminium frame system is covered by a 10 year product guarantee.
5 Year Glass Guarantee
All sealed glass units are covered for 5 years against manufacturing defects and defective workmanship.
2 Year Hardware Guarantee
All moving components including hinges, handles, locks, rollers, and hardware mechanisms are covered by a 2 year guarantee.
Aluminium Roof Lantern Guarantee
Our aluminium roof lanterns are manufactured for long-term durability, thermal performance, and visual impact.
10 Year Product Guarantee
The roof lantern frame system is covered by a 10 year product guarantee.
5 Year Glass Guarantee
All sealed glazing units are guaranteed for 5 years against defective workmanship and manufacturing defects.
As aluminium roof lanterns do not contain the same moving hardware components as doors and windows, no separate hardware warranty applies.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
During the applicable guarantee period, any product or component found to be defective under the terms of this warranty will be replaced free of charge on a supply-only basis and delivered to the original delivery address free of charge.
To ensure the validity of the guarantee:
- Products must be installed, handled, and maintained correctly
- All installation guidance and specifications provided by UPVC Windows Online must be followed
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be retained and provided when making a claim
Exclusions
Our guarantee does not cover:
- Accidental damage, including glass breakage
- General wear and tear
- Misuse or poor maintenance of products
- Condensation-related issues
- Fading or discolouration caused by external factors
- Insect penetration, mould growth, or misting caused by environmental conditions
The guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original installation address listed on the order confirmation.
